Actually I get this same problem. There's nothing on their support site about it; I'll have to email them when the holidays finish and see if I can get them to sort it out. I'm way tempted to change back to plain old jpilot.

I have just completed "Liberating" my sister's computer from Missing Sync Version 5. Mark/Space has very thoughtfully included an un-installer.

After running the uninstaller, re-installed Palm Desktop, and re-setting up iSync, things are back to normal.

I am really sorry I "upgraded" too. It takes forever to sync, and I get those same dialog boxes (support says just hit "allow") and they re-categorize all my events. very disappointing!!
